As a part of his trip to the Kyrgyzstan, the Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, Fuad Muradov visited School-Gymnasium No. 20 named after Heydar Aliyev, Secondary School No. 103 named after Nizami Ganjavi, and "Sunday School" operating under "Irs" Public Union.
First, flowers were laid in front of the bust of great leader Heydar Aliyev in the school lobby, and his memory was commemorated with deep respect.
The principal of the School-Gymnasium cordially welcomed the guest and gave information about the bust of Heydar Aliyev, a prominent figure of the Turkic world, a room named after him, a stand depicting his life and activities, participation of the of Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz presidents at the opening ceremony of the school on October 12, 2022, "Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan Friendship" stand depicting President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Bishkek and the activity of the educational complex.
Students performed Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz music and dances. Azerbaijani flag, a set of national clothes, and a book containing the notes of our national musical pieces were presented to School on the behalf of the Committee.
Then, guests got acquainted with Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan secondary school number 103, named after Nizami Ganjavi, the genius Azerbaijani poet and thinker and visited the bust of mighty master of words in the school lobby. Then, Kyrgyz students performed the State anthems of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, and a video roll depicting the school's activities were screened. The school was presented with Nizami Ganjavi’s poems translated into German and a set of Azerbaijani national clothes.
During the visit to the "Sunday school" operating under the "Irs" Public Union, students recited different poems in Azerbaijani language. The guest was given detailed information about the activity of the school, provision of Azerbaijani language textbooks and other necessary issues.
The Committee chairman drew attention to the importance of ensuring mass participation in classes, the importance of Azerbaijani children’s learning the native language, their parents’ attending the Azerbaijani language classes. The students shared their opinions about lessons with Committee Chairman.
Textbooks, school supplies and gifts were presented to the center on behalf of the Committee. At the end of the meeting, a commemorative photo was taken.
