On February 24, Dmitry Pinevich, Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan, visited the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Rector of the Academy of Public Administration, Academician Urkhan Alakbarov noted that relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus, based on mutual respect and trust, have further strengthened in recent years. He emphasized that the scope of cooperation has expanded, with education sector holding particular importance in this process.

Ambassador Dmitry Pinevich stated that ties between Belarus and Azerbaijan are expanding across all domains, including science, culture, and humanitarian sectors, adding that this trend creates new opportunities for cooperation between both countries’ higher education institutions.

The ambassador said he was deeply impressed by the Academy’s activities, its educational infrastructure, and scientific environment.

The meeting continued with discussions on topics of mutual interest.
