Another meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) was held on Tuesday, chaired by Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan.

The agenda of the meeting included comprehensive reviews of the 2025 annual reports, key operational metrics, and financial outcomes—including total revenue and EBITDA—of the Holding’s portfolio companies; a general overview of Azerpambig Agro-Industrial Complex LLC’s development prospects; the application of recently adopted legal acts on efficient public finance management to portfolio companies; and other relevant topics.

Ruslan Alikhanov, AIH Chief Executive Officer, delivered an extensive presentation on the agenda items.

Members of AIH’s Supervisory Board, Chairman of its Management Board and Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov, also addressed the issues discussed.

In conclusion, the meeting participants adopted decisions on the discussed topics and issued instructions to the AIH Executive Board.
