A public legal entity "Baku Theological College" was established alongside the Azerbaijan Theological Institute public legal entity.

Sonxeber.az reports with reference to the report that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a relevant decision.

By decision, the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations should resolve other issues assigned to the authority of the founder of a public legal entity by Article 8.2 of the Law "On Public Legal Entities", except for those mentioned in paragraph 2.1 of this Decision.

The State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations must take measures for state registration of the college in accordance with the law "On State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities" and resolve other issues arising from the Decision.

The Ministry of Finance should take necessary measures in order to finance the costs required to ensure the operation of the college.

The Ministry of Economy must submit its proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers within two months from the date of state registration on the issue of providing the College with an administrative building.
