“Initially, we took part in the opening of polling places in Baku, afterwards travelled to Gobustan. Currently, we are observing the elections in Shamakhi,” Mukash Iskandirov, Kazakh MP, member of the TURKPA observation group monitoring the parliamentary elections in Shamakhi, told AZERTAC.
"First of all, I congratulate all the people of Azerbaijani. I believe that these elections will be successful. I hope that the elections will bring positive outcomes for the people of Azerbaijan. I wish all the candidates success," said the Kazakh parliamentarian.
