Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his re-election as President of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
“I congratulate the people of Azerbaijan and the re-elected president of the country, Ilham Aliyev. With leadership, wisdom and humanity, the country, under your guidance, will continue on the path to development and prosperity. Forward to new great achievements. Long live Azerbaijan!” Maduro wrote on X.
