None of those who applied to observe elections were given negative responses, the chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Mazahir Panahov, said at the round table dedicated to boosting the participation of women in elections, Report informs.
According to him, the most important issue in the election process is transparency.
"The mass media in Azerbaijan can easily cover such elections. They do not undergo any accreditation. With a journalist's license, they can directly watch and record the election process at any polling station. There is no such experience anywhere in the world."
