The process of disarmament of illegal Armenian formations is being completed, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Latvia to Azerbaijan Edgars Skuja, XQ informs.
The minister informed the ambassador about the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as about the peaceful and creative efforts of Azerbaijan.
