Moscow is working with Baku to stabilize the situation in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told reporters on the sidelines of the 20th annual meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club, XQ informs referring to TASS.
“We are working with our Azerbaijani colleagues to stabilize the situation in Karabakh, to strengthen trust there, to create conditions for the resumption of normal life, the joint life of Armenians and Azerbaijanis. I hope that Yerevan should also be interested in this, that they will make efforts to this,” Lavrov noted.
