Magnitude 3.1 earthquake hits Caspian Sea

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Sunday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The quake was recorded at 07:22 local time.

Tremors were not felt.
