On the occasion of 27 September - the Remembrance Day, Sabina Aliyeva, Azerbaijan's Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), and the staff of the Office visited the Victory Park.

They placed flowers at the memorial stone, paying tribute to the cherished memory of the martyrs.
