Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), met with Askhat Khasenov, Chairman of the Board of the Kazakh National Company KazMunayGas (KMG).
During the meeting, the sides hailed the dynamic development of the strategic partnership between the two companies. They discussed increasing the transit volume and trade of Kazakh crude oil through the territory of Azerbaijan.
The meeting also covered discussions on various issues such as the efforts to expand mutually beneficial cooperation between SOCAR and KazMunayGas.
The Kazakh delegation visited “Azertrans" and "Sangachal" terminals and familiarized themselves with the conditions created there.
