Azerbaijan’s Greco-Roman wrestling team delivered an outstanding performance at the U17 European Championships in Samokov, Bulgaria, securing a total of six medals.
Ali Javadli (45kg) dominated the final to claim gold, while Huseyn Mustafazade (51kg) and Zohrab Safarov both earned hard-fought bronze medals.
The Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestling team finished the tournament with 1 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals, totaling 118 points and also finishing third overall.
