The defense ministries of Türkiye, Romania and Bulgaria signed a memorandum on the creation of a mine action naval group in the Black Sea, Report informs via TASS.
It was previously reported that the creation of this group was initiated by the Turkish side in August 2023 to ensure the safety of sea routes and counter the mine threat.
