Claims of the Armenian side regarding the 40-ton flour products sent from Baku to Khankandi being expired and low quality are baseless, Elshan Salimzada, representative of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) told the employees of the foreign media agencies in the area where humanitarian cargo waits, APA reports.

He noted that the 20 tons of flour loaded into 2 trucks each was produced on August 28, 2023.

Note that on August 29, the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) sent 40 tons of flour to residents of Armenian origin living in Garabagh.

Two trucks loaded with 40 tons of flour have been waiting at the Russian peacekeepers' post located on the Aghdam-Khankandi road since yesterday.

Employees of Bloomberg, BBC, Getty Images and other media agencies have arrived at the area to observe the situation regarding the humanitarian cargo sent from Baku to Khankandi, where the humanitarian cargo waits.
