“The volume of bilateral trade between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan exceeded $500 million in 2024,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters during a press briefing following his meeting with Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Nurtleu in Astana.
He emphasized that the establishment of the Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan Investment Fund with an initial capital of $300 million would significantly contribute to the implementation of joint investment projects between the two countries.
Minister Bayramov underscored the need to intensify initiatives to fully realize the potential of economic cooperation, considering the high-level interstate relations and active political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
