Moscow calls on Baku and Yerevan to show maximum restraint and refrain from aggressive rhetoric, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, Report informs.
According to her, all territorial disputes and mutual claims should be resolved only by political-diplomatic means.
