The Armenian side's claim that Azerbaijan allegedly violated the tripartite declaration has no grounds, Aykhan Hajizada, press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, said while commenting on the views expressed by Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, at the meeting with the Armenian community in Munich, Report informs.
