There will be a permanent peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia because an important opportunity has been created for this, Turkish National Defense Minister Yasar Guler said at the parliament, Report informs.
"Armenia must act by realizing it. We wish that Armenia demonstrates cooperation with neighbors but not with others," Guler said.
