Sonxeber.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov said this during his speech at the plenary session of the parliament held on December 5.
According to him, achieving rapid development in all fields over the past 20 years, further improving the welfare of the population, creating our modern army means strengthening our country's position in the international arena.
"The most glorious page of 20 years, equal to a century, is the Patriotic War, which resulted in the liberation of the occupied lands. At the same time, as a result of the one-day anti-terrorist operation carried out perfectly on September 19, our sovereignty in Karabakh was fully ensured, and the roots of separatism were completely cut off."
