XQ reports that Farid Aliyev, head of the Department of Territorial Organizational Affairs of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (PA), Department of Municipal Affairs, said this during a public hearing held in the parliament on the topic "The legacy of Heydar Aliyev in the development of local democracy, self-government and regions in Azerbaijan".
"In the near future, life will be fully restored in the territories freed from occupation, and we will witness development in the field of local self-government as well as in all areas," F. Aliyev noted.
