Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan Mohammad Ishaq Dar on the sidelines of the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) held in Khankendi.
The meeting emphasized that relations between the two friendly countries are strengthening in an atmosphere of mutual trust, and cooperation across various sectors is developing along an upward trajectory.
The ministers exchanged views on the opportunities created by the Azerbaijan–Pakistan partnership for diversifying economic relations and implementing joint projects.
The parties also discussed strengthening bilateral economic and trade ties, the active promotion of mutual investments, and the prospects for cooperation between the business communities of the two countries.
