In the reportage, the words of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, are especially emphasized: "Many of the bloody crimes of the history of colonialism in humanity were committed by France. France occupied dozens of countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, the region of the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic and Indian Ocean, and Latin America, looted their wealth, and enslaved their people for many years. France destabilizes not only its past and present colonies but also our region, the South Caucasus, by supporting separatists."
Currently, its overseas territories and former colonies are more freed from French influence: "Algeria, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger have moved away from France only in recent years. This trend continues to grow. The Non-Aligned Movement unites 120 countries that have declared their existence based on the principles of independence and equality as the basis of their course.
