President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will arrive in Azerbaijan on a working visit on November 23-24, Report informs, citing the press service of the leader of Uzbekistan.
He will take part in the first summit of the UN Special Program for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) in Baku.
"The agenda of the event includes issues of further expansion of multilateral cooperation within the framework of the Program, the creation of a Trust Fund to support regional projects, the adoption of a road map for the digitalization of transport corridors, the promotion of business initiatives and other issues," the statement says.
These days, a number of SPECA business events are being held in Baku, including an economic forum and an exhibition of the industrial potential of Central Asian countries.
