The Combined Arms Army held a graduation ceremony to mark the successful completion of the “Training course for long-term active military servicemen,” the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

The event began with a commemoration of the bright memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty of Azerbaijan. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.

Congratulations from the leadership of the Ministry of Defense were conveyed to the graduates. The speakers urged the graduates to serve the Motherland with loyalty, uphold the honor of being a serviceman, and wished them success in their future service.

The graduates pledged to apply the knowledge and practical skills they gained during the course, to conscientiously fulfill the tasks assigned to them, and to protect the Motherland with dedication.

Following the speeches, certificates were presented to the military personnel, and a graduation emblem was placed on a symbolic stump by the top graduate of the course.

The ceremony concluded with a solemn march by the military orchestra in front of the grandstand.
