Under the training plan for 2024, a training session with a group of reservists was held in military units as part of joint activities with the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

Reservists received military uniforms and other supplies following their registration and medical examinations.

The training session involved various tasks.

Reservists' physical training was evaluated, and classes on hand-to-hand combat, unarmed self-defense techniques, and first aid were conducted.

During the training session, reservists were taught the tactical and technical features, applications of modern weapons, and military equipment in the Azerbaijan Army, as well as elements of drill training.

Reservists also conducted tactical-special classes on approaching an imaginary enemy object, capturing a residential area, and other exercises in commando military units.

The tasks set during the training session were successfully accomplished.
