Russian peacekeepers temporarily stationed on the territory of the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan have closed down 24 observation posts since September 19, Russian Ministry of Defense said, XQ reports.
The Ministry of Defense added that to ensure traffic safety on roads, 6 posts have been set up, including 2 jointly with the Azerbaijani side.
