ANAS, Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation boost scientific cooperation

President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Academician Isa Habibbayli, held a meeting with President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Aktoty Raimkulova. During the meeting, Academician Isa Habibbayli provided insights into the history of the Ismailiyya building, a significant historical and cultural monument housing the Presidium, and discussed the diverse scientific research endeavors pursued at ANAS.

 

Underlining the potential for collaborative scientific relations with the International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation, Academician Isa Habibbayli emphasized the importance of joint scientific research projects, book publication, translation efforts, and the organization of shared scientific conferences. He underscored the significance of advancing cooperation in these domains within ANAS.

 

President of the Foundation Aktoty Raimkulova, highlighted the Foundation's broad range of activities and outlined future work plans. She emphasized the paramount importance of mutual cooperation with ANAS in the realm of science.

 

Recognizing the significance of mutual scientific collaboration, both parties agreed to implement joint measures. Following the meeting, the President of the International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation toured the ANAS Presidium building, including the Great Assembly Hall, where the First Turkological Congress took place in 1926. The foundation's leader received insights into the historical and architectural aspects of the building.
