“Welcome the simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo via Lachin and Aghdam,” President of the European Council Charles Michel posted on X (formerly known as Twitter).
“Humanitarian supplies are finally underway to Karabakh Armenians. This must be now regularised. Also essential to launch talks between Baku and Armenian residents of Karabakh on their rights and security, which EU stands ready to support,” the President of the European Council said.
