As part of his visit to the U.S., Rashad Nabiyev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, met with Adebayo Ogunlesi, Founding Partner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), and Eric Varvel, GIP’s Global Head of Capital Formation Group.
The meeting focused on the development of the Middle Corridor, as well as the regional opportunities created by digital transformation and energy projects.
They also reviewed the creation of a joint investment platform covering transport, logistics, digital infrastructure, and data centers.
