A man armed with a pistol launched fire targeting people near a shopping center in Russia's Kazan on January 7, Report informs referring to Tatarstan-24.
No one was injured as a result of the incident as the man missed. He was detained by law enforcement officers.
According to the shooter, he arrived at a catering establishment where he was allegedly attacked by a crowd of young people and he decided to defend himself.
