The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) and Uzbekistan’s National Agency for Promising Projects (NAPP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.
The document aims to strengthen cooperation in the areas of capital and insurance markets, as well as the development, regulation, and supervision of crypto-assets, including the establishment of a legal framework for institutional cooperation.
The Memorandum envisages the exchange of experience and information between the institutions, the organization of mutual visits and joint initiatives, and the promotion of innovative financial technologies to enhance financial inclusion and operational efficiency.
