As of March 1, 2024, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan increased by 0.6% compared to the beginning of the year and reached 766,300 people, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the country’s Economy Ministry.
The number of active payers of value-added tax (VAT) increased by 3.1%, to 47,100 in January-February.
Over two months, the number of active business entities increased by 0.7% and reached 206,000.
