The holding of an interregional forum between Azerbaijan and Türkiye was discussed, Report informs citing the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO).

According to the information, the delegation of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEIK) had a meeting at AZPROMO. During the meeting, Yusif Abdullayev, head of AZPROMO, and Kemal Kologlu, chairman of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Business Council of DEIK, discussed issues such as the expansion of economic and trade relations between the business circles of the two countries, the work done in this direction, and the possibilities of implementing joint events.

The parties exchanged views on issues related to the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Investment and Finance Forum in Baku in December of this year, the export mission to Türkiye by AZPROMO in 2024, as well as the organization of Investment Roadshow events in Türkiye, and the possibility of holding the Azerbaijan-Türkiye interregional forum in the future.
