“The share of SPECA countries in the world economy has more than tripled,” said Deputy Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Dmitry Mariyasin.

“Trade turnover operations show that there is a poor mutual interaction between SPECA countries. The countries should apply internationally recognized standards in a manner that is consistent with their national priorities and needs,” he added.
