The leading mobile operator invests in enhancing human capital

The leading mobile operator of the country “Azercell Telecom” LLC continues strengthening its strategic partnership with GSMA, a global organization unifying the mobile ecosystem to foster innovation, positive business environments, and societal change.

Earlier this year, in May, following the successful conclusion of GSMA M360 in Baku for the second time, senior management teams from Azercell and GSMA engaged in strategic discussions with a key focus on potential collaborative opportunities and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the telecommunications sector.

As part of the agreements concluded during GSMA M360, Azercell employees participate in specialized training programs developed by GSMA Advance for mobile operators. These training courses are designed to equip Azercell's workforce with the skills needed to adapt to the rapidly evolving job market. Azercell employees will gain access to a comprehensive range of courses covering cutting-edge topics such as the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile privacy and security, telecommunications policy and regulation, etc.

Azercell will continue to collaborate with GSMA across various areas to contribute to the advancement of the telecommunication industry in Azerbaijan.
