Azerbaijani cyclist wins scratch race silver in Balkan cycling race

Azerbaijani cyclist Tural Israfilov has achieved a remarkable feat by clinching a silver medal in the 1st Balkan Open Track Championships held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

He secured the medal in the men’s 10km scratch race.
