Azerbaijani judoka Nihad Mamishov has achieved a remarkable feat by winning his second world title at the Lima World Championships Cadets Individuals 2024 in Peru.
He clinched the gold medal in the men’s 55kg category, defeating his Mongolian opponent by ippon in the final.
Another Azerbaijani judoka Mahammadali Husiyev secured third place in the 50kg category at the championships.
