Azerbaijan’s taekwondo fighter Gashim Magomedov has progressed to the quarterfinals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
He secured his spot by defeating Ireland’s Jack Woolley 2-0 (7-4, 12-6) in the 58 kg category.
He will next face Spain’s Adrian Vicente Yunta.
