A two-day international conference titled "A Model for the Future in Nursing and Medical Education in Karabakh" has officially opened at Karabakh University.
According to Report's correspondent in Khankandi, the event is organized by the Karabakh University Clinic and brings together university rectors from several countries, along with medical experts.
In his welcome speech, Karabakh University Rector Shahin Bayramov emphasized the importance of such events as a platform for exchanging innovative ideas and practices.
"Karabakh University will continue its mission to advance medical education," Bayramov stated.
Samir Babayev, Director General of the Karabakh University Clinic, highlighted that the primary goal of the conference is to establish a clear model for education, including competency frameworks and administrative structures for programs in Medicine and Nursing.
"The methodology of the conference will help shape academic programs that not only meet international standards but also address local needs," said Babayev.
The conference will continue with panel discussions, expert talks, group workshops, and presentations on a variety of relevant topics.
