Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov paid tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev during his working visit to the Russian Federation.
The Prime Minister visited the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Moscow, where he laid flowers at the bust of Heydar Aliyev located in the foyer of the building.
