If the Armenian authorities wish to engage in direct negotiations with Azerbaijan without Russia's involvement, it is their choice, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said speaking to professors and students at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), according to Report.
"Similarly, we are now concerned that the trilateral agreements reached at several summits between Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in 2020-2022 have also stalled," Lavrov noted.
