During the snap parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan on September 1, conditions were created to facilitate the voting of the elderly citizens and citizens with limited health abilities, while also observing Islamic moral values, Mohammed Al-Hafed Maham, an official of Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC), said, Report informs.
"I congratulate the Azerbaijani people on the democratically held parliamentary elections. We did not observe any problems at the polling stations we monitored. The elections were conducted in a transparent and democratic manner,” Maham stated.
