The global community has entrusted Azerbaijan with hosting the COP29 climate conference, which underscores the country's pivotal role on the international stage, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Türkiye, Do Son Hai, told Report's Ankara bureau.
Ambassador Hai revealed that Vietnam has also received an official invitation to participate in this international conference. "I am confident that our country will be represented at the highest level at COP29, a crucial climate event," he affirmed
The diplomat praised Azerbaijan's successful track record of hosting various important international events, adding, "I can say with certainty that Baku will also excel in organizing COP29 at a high level."
