Uzbekistan has few alliances, but never before has it signed such an agreement with any country in such a short period of time, said President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev during a joint press conference with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
"Today, we made history. This history will be realized for the benefit of the two close peoples of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan," the head of state emphasized.
