Azerbaijan to participate in North-South Forum in Kazakhstan

Azerbaijan is set to participate in the 1st North-South Transport, Trade, and Export Forum in Aktau, Kazakhstan, on July 19-20, Report informs, citing the Kazakh QazTrade Center for Trade Policy Development JSC.

The forum aims to enhance collaboration along the North-South international transport corridor.

The forum, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangarin, is organized by the Transport Ministry of Kazakhstan.

Along with Azerbaijan, representatives from various countries, including Armenia, Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iran, Oman, Pakistan, Russia, Syria, Turkmenistan, and the UAE, will also participate.

Discussions during the forum will focus on current issues related to railway, highway, and port development, with special emphasis on enhancing the export potential of agricultural products.
