The OSCE welcomes the delimitation of the Azerbaijan-Armenia border and supports the constructive course of the negotiation process, OSCE Chair-in-Office, Minister for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade of Malta Ian Borg told a press conference on Monday.
He noted that the negotiations should take place in an atmosphere of trust, adding that a decades-long conflict and suffering can finally be brought to an end.
