Miguel Ángel Moratinos, the United Nations Under-Secretary-General, High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), will visit Azerbaijan.
According to Report, Moratinos will participate in the 11th Global Baku Forum to be held in Baku on March 14–16.
