Azerbaijani soldier detained by Armenia returns to Baku

Azerbaijani soldier Ruslan Panahov, who failed to get his bearings between the combat positions in the Lachin district due to the adverse weather conditions and was detained by the Armenian soldiers a couple of days ago, was brought back to Azerbaijan on Tuesday.

 

Speaking to journalists at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Ruslan Panahov expressed his joy at returning to his homeland and described his health condition as good.

 

He also expressed his gratitude to Azerbaijani President, Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev for facilitating his return.
