Despite all the pressures of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), we will always stand by our brother Azerbaijan, a member of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, the Chairman of the TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations, Osman Mesten, told the 11th meeting of the TURKPA Commission held in Baku on March 4, Report informs.
He believes that the strengthening of relations between the Turkic states will create confidence in friends and will strike fear into the enemy: "We need to further develop relations with many international organizations, including the Organization of Turkic States. Also, we want to see brotherly Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan among the TURKPA member states."
Speaking about Azerbaijan-Armenia relations, Mesten noted that the two countries have never been so close to peace in their history as they are now.
